Mansfield Bio-Incubator Opens its Doors to Prospective Companies

With construction nearly complete, Mansfield Bio-Incubator has opened its doors to prospective incubator companies.  Occupancy is expected mid-February 2017 and applications are currently being accepted. The facility, which features nearly 30,000 square feet of office, co-working and laboratory space, offers early-stage companies a state-of-the-art, nurturing environment to purse research and business development.  The bio-incubator, has signed up its first companies and is available for touring by appointment.  Interested parties should email

Conveniently located near Interstates 95 and 495 and minutes from public transportation via the MBTA Commuter Rail's Providence line, Mansfield Bio-Incubator plans to eventually house 10-12 early stage bio-technology and life sciences companies within the current footprint. The incubator has the ability to expand the footprint to a total of 300,000 square feet and 63 acres.

The incubator is affiliated with higher-educational institutions including Bridgewater State University and Massasoit Community College, industry organizations including the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) and Massachusetts Association of Business Incubators (MABI) as well as several other life-sciences sponsors and and business services partners.
