Mansfield Bio-Incubator is a non-profit organization whose mission is to facilitate and assist the creation, growth, and success of the next generation of biotech companies. Our incubator assists these companies and nurtures entrepreneurial and economic development in the community by maintaining affordable lab and office space to lease, services, training, mentoring, and a network of professional advisors. We provide entrepreneurs, innovative life-sciences start-ups, students and faculty of Massachusetts colleges and vocational schools with the lab space to rent and resources they need to test out, challenge, and nurture early ideas and will teach students the skills for successful career in the biotech industry.
Our goals are to:
Support a collaborative atmosphere that allows thought-sharing and creative exchange
Offer the lab space to lease combined with the best-in-class infrastructure to enable the advanced practice and training of science, and technology
Promote cost efficiency through sharing of many services
Provide training and support in obtaining funding for future growth by facilitating the interaction with investors
Nurture business with access to experts that comprise our Advisory Board
Teach and organize onsite and online seminars, courses and technical workshops to train interns and students new skills in fast growing areas of biotechnology
Create an environment that stimulates creative interactions among industry, investors, government, and academia
