About the Program

In the competitive world of startups, it is crucial to make a lasting impression on potential stakeholders such as investors, partners, and buyers. The semi-annual Mansfield Bio-Incubator Pitch Competition is designed to help your startup create and effectively deliver a standout presentation that captivates and convinces your audience. Here's how we do it:

• Offer Platform for Exposure: Those of you who are experienced and confident presenters will showcase your startup to a discerning audience, potential investors, and esteemed judges.

• Enhance Pitch Presentations: If you're looking to enhance your pitch presentation, you are welcome to take advantage of our grant-funded Mentoring Program, where we provide coaching to perfect your pitch deck and effectively communicate your startup's unique value proposition.

• Provide Expert Feedback: You will receive constructive feedback to fine-tune your pitch and improve your overall presentation skills and delivery.

• Facilitate Networking and Connections: The competition serves as a premier venue for you to meet a diverse group of investors, industry experts, and fellow entrepreneurs, providing unparalleled networking and strategic relationship-building opportunities.

• Building on four successful pitch competitions that have established a lasting BIOINC legacy, we are pleased to announce the Fifth BIOINC Pitch-to-Portfolio Competition, to be held on June 4, 2026.

  
  NEW: This year, the BIOINC Pitch Competition will be partnered with the Big Tree Start Up Academy and offer over $100K in non-equity awards as part of the newly created Big Pitch event, which will take place in the Fall 2026. Together, the two organizations will provide curated access to investors through the Investor Readiness Bootcamp, run by the Big Tree Innovation Fund.
